We are delighted to announce another new team member - Gena Mazreku, who has been appointed as an Assistant Consultant. Gena studied Psychology at King's College London and thereafter worked for the Priory Group as an Assistant Psychologist, before then joining a recruitment firm, where she recruited HR professionals into the pharmaceutical sector. It was during this period, that Gena realised that she was fascinated by how people choose to work and how they perform in different environments. She then decided to attain a masters in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology with King's College London. More recently, and prior to joining HCG, she was a Student Associate with Thompson Dunn.
We thought we'd also share a past blog written by Gena, which is titled 'Are you a true leader when it comes to stress management?'. It not only provides a stark reminder of something (stress) that is somewhat accepted if an individual wants to be a leader and a successful one too, but it also illustrates the calibre of Gena, whom we are delighted to be working with.
