As part of HCG’s continued investment in growth, the business is pleased to announce two new appointments to the team. Divyang Mistry joins us as a non-executive CFO and Sian Finn has joined the team as an associate.
Divyang is an experienced CFO and entrepreneur who has been involved in building many businesses. He started his career with PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Most recently, he was co-founder and CFO of Leesman, a world leader in measuring and analysing the experiences of employees in their places of work, now part of HqO.
Now Divyang works with a number of fast-growing businesses as a non-executive CFO bringing a wealth of operational skills across finance, HR and technology.
Divyang, in his spare time, enjoys the natural beauty of the region near Geneva where he lives, hiking, snowshoeing in the winter, swimming in the lake no matter the weather and looking for panoramic train trips.
Divyang added: “I am excited to be part of the HCG leadership team in their journey to help their clients with their workplace requirements. I enjoy helping entrepreneurial teams realise their potential.”
Sian joins us from National Highways where she was a Behaviour and Culture Change Delivery Lead. Sian’s focus was on supporting the transformational journeys of organisations through people-centric strategies and collaborative behaviours to enhance workplace performance and culture.
With a background in HR, people and change, she has experience across the private, public and third sector. Sian’s favourite aspect of change management is its transformative power and the opportunity it presents to positively impact both the organisation and its people.
Sian, in her free time, can be found weightlifting, playing basketball and swimming. She also has a passion for reading and coaching, being an accredited coach and NLP practitioner.
Sian added: “Being invited into HCG represents a great new chapter in my professional journey, I am eager to collaborate with HCG's exceptionally talented and hardworking team, a group of individuals with a reputation for their dedication and expertise. I am excited about the prospect of pooling our collective skills and insights to continue driving impactful change for our clients and the broader workplace industry.”
