Free of the constraints of a large corporate structure, our attention goes where it is needed - listening to, and validating our clients, whilst also giving straightforward advice that often challenges how occupiers utilise their workplace(s). Unlike other workplace-focused advisers, we do not design, build or manufacture – giving us the freedom to offer truly objective and independent advice.

Steve Henigan set up HCG in response to the evolving world we live in, and the subsequent need to keep on redefining how and where people work.
HCG’s starting point is to always do the right thing at the right time. We genuinely care about the outcome for our clients, as well as the legacy we are helping to create. Building a lasting partnership with our clients which is built on reciprocal trust, is also high on our agenda.
