HCG appoints Marianne Spencer as a Marketing Executive

As part of HCG’s continued investment into talent, the business is pleased to announce that Marianne Spencer has joined the team as a marketing executive.

Marianne has worked in both agency and in-house roles, for Kaizen and Ocado, building her knowledge of digital marketing. She has experience with marketing, events, design, PR and SEO for companies across many sectors.

Yet, her move into marketing for a workplace strategy consultancy stems from her University experience. Marianne completed an MA Hons in Management at St Andrew’s University, including a year abroad learning about Canadian workplace theory in Ontario. In the next couple of months, she will be finishing off a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship that she’s been undertaking for the past year.

In her spare time, you can find Marianne wandering around art galleries, museums and food markets or trying to find a flight on Skyscanner.

Marianne added ‘I am excited to start working with HCG and the full team. I get to rekindle my interest in organisational studies whilst using the wide number of marketing techniques I have gained through my work so far. It’s going to be busy and a new challenge - I can’t wait to see where we can go.’

Marianne will be based in HCG’s London office.
