Our business vision centres on us ‘redefining workplace(s) by creating high performance spaces and shaping organisational culture’. But what do we mean by high performance?
High performance to us, as an organisation, means someone, something or somewhere that performs to the best of its ability, but this is dependent on several factors including the needs of others and their individual perception of high performance. But if you asked the person next to us, he or she may give a totally different answer, and this is because high performance is subjective. We asked the HCG team to answer two simple questions to help illustrate this point. And we see the array of answers and opinions as a positive thing, as this allows us to work with a variety of clients with differing workplace-related needs.
