After 4 years hard work HCG is delighted to confirm that Director, Dan Wakelin has been awarded A Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
Dan joined HCG in 2018 and has combined his studies with his rise through the business from senior consultant to Director in just 4 years. His thesis titled ‘Employee engagement in the post-Covid workplace’ brings together the realms of real estate and human resources, and provides an insight into how hybrid working has influenced activity-based working. Dan will be presenting the findings of his research at the forthcoming Workplace Trends conference in London and stay tuned for more information on future events.
