HCG is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Wakelin to Director as of 1 October 2022.
Dan joined the HCG business in 2018 and over the past 4.5 years, has secured a number of accounts and projects with high-profile clients in both the UK and globally. He manages a number of colleagues within the HCG team and has nurtured their progression leading to several well-deserved promotions – supported by Dan’s can-do attitude and desire to help others reach their full potential. He has also developed a number of systems and processes to support the delivery of projects, which has allowed the business to grow at a fast pace without compromising HCG’s values.
Day-to-day, Dan leads workplace strategy and change management projects for organisations across a range of sectors. In his new role he will continue to be responsible for a number of accounts and projects, but will also take on additional strategic responsibilities that contribute to the smooth-running of HCG. Dan will support Steve in leading our continued ambitious growth plans.

Over the last 2 years, Dan has led workplace strategy and change management projects for clients around the world. Paramount represents one of the key accounts that Dan has led globally.
