As part of HCG’s continued investment into talent, the business is pleased to announce that Sarah Bolas has joined the team as a director. She will also join the HCG leadership team and work alongside Steve Henigan and Dan Wakelin.
Sarah previously worked for MCM. – an award-winning design consultancy, where she established their behavioural change service line and led on a number of high-profile client accounts. Over the course of her 20-year career, Sarah has worked in both the public and private sectors and established her own consulting business specialising in behavioural change. Sarah will help HCG to expand their client base, work with existing clients to find innovative solutions surrounding workplace change and help deliver HCG’s ambitious growth plans.
Sarah takes a particular interest in the emergent space that organisations currently find themselves in when it comes to effecting change in their workplace(s) post-Covid. She shares in HCG’s vision and desire to push boundaries, cut through complexity, and facilitate holistic change in the workplace.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys renovating properties, rescuing battery hens, travelling, diving and coaching individuals to aid with their personal growth.
