HCG has kicked off 2022 with an ambitious growth plan that will see the business invest in talent, marketing initiatives and its technology infrastructure. The business will also look to establish a presence in several key global markets.
As part of HCG’s investment into talent, the business is pleased to announce the promotion of Alannah Filip to Consultant and the recruitment of Lauren Marks as Head of Marketing.
Alannah has a BA in Psychology (awarded in Canada) and an MSc (Distinction) in Organisational Psychology (awarded in the UK), as well as a passion and inquisitive mind for human behaviour and the world of work. She has previously worked for The Royal College of Psychiatrists and MCM – a consultancy comprising architects, designers, workplace strategists and behavioural change experts. Over the last year, Alannah has used her psychology background to deliver activities that are engaging, entertaining, and informative. She has already earned a reputation with our clients for living the HCG ethos of doing the right thing. Alannah is a Canadian native and now lives in London.
Lauren has over 15 years’ experience working in marketing, business development and relationship management. She has worked in several sectors including, but not limited to, real estate, renewables, legal, construction and financial services. This has been in the capacity of both an employee and consultant. Previous employers have included: Knight Frank, Avison Young and Cushman & Wakefield, where her work for the latter firm led to her winning two industry awards. She will deliver several exciting marketing initiatives for HCG and support the team with their business development efforts.
