The HCG Take is a podcast series that does exactly what it says on the tin – provides listeners with HCG’s honest take on all things workplace, business and life. As we continue to unravel the effects of the pandemic on how and where we work and attempt to formalise a new way forward, we are all in need of some inspiration to help guide us along this journey. We will invite expert guests from outside of the real estate industry to talk through their views, theories, and experiences, looking for ideas and inspiration on how we can embrace change and evolve. This podcast is aimed at leaders and colleagues who don’t want to ‘return to normal’ or indeed create a new normal. Normal is no longer good enough where we have real opportunity to finally make work, work for everyone.
