HCG has appointed Sebastian Michalski as a consultant specialising in workplace strategy

Sebastian will support the wider HCG team with workplace and change management projects, applying his detailed knowledge of space utilisation studies and client engagement workshops. He is part of a continued recruitment drive to support the growing demand from businesses looking to redefine their workplace(s) and cement their approach to hybrid working.

Sebastian previously worked at WK Space and Adept Space whilst also running his own successful merchandising business for the past 13 years.

Sebastian holds a BA(Hons) in Drama from the University of Exeter and was an active member of Exeter Student Entrepreneurs. He is also an avid sportsman, artist and musician.
